Privacy Policy
RaveHop does not collect personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. What you save in the app stays on your iPhone.
What stays on your device
- Artists and events you like or bookmark
- The sets in your plan and their reminders
- Ratings and reviews you write
These are stored only in the app's local storage. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Permissions
- Location (optional). Used once to sort events by distance from you. Your location is not sent anywhere.
- Notifications (optional). Reminders before your sets are scheduled on your phone. We do not send push notifications.
- Photos (optional, add only). Lets you save your set-time card to your camera roll. The app cannot read your photos.
The app works with all three turned off.
Event data
The app downloads public festival information (lineups, set times, venues) from our content delivery network. Like any web request, the network provider sees your IP address to deliver the files. The request carries no identifier of you, and we do not use it to identify you.
Links to other sites
Ticket and venue links open third-party websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Children
RaveHop is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
